Both The Professor and the Madman and the NLP Blockchain project’s “Great Digital Migration” focus on preserving and organizing language through decentralized collaboration. The film shows how contributors built the Oxford English Dictionary from scattered texts, while the blockchain project aims to digitize and secure linguistic data globally.
